# Strawberry compared with Chrome

> Compare Strawberry with Chrome for normal browsing, AI assistance, agents, connected apps, memory, routines, privacy, and migration.

Strawberry keeps the browser fundamentals users expect from Chrome-style browsers, then adds AI-native workflows directly into the browser.

## What feels familiar

Both Strawberry and Chrome support everyday browser work:

## When Chrome may still be enough

Chrome may be enough when you only need passive browsing, a specific unsupported extension, or an existing company policy that requires Chrome.

## Migration path

You do not need to switch everything at once. Start with one Strawberry profile, import bookmarks and passwords, connect one or two apps, and run a few workflows. After you trust the setup, make Strawberry your default browser at `strawberry://settings/default-browser`.
