Account settings live at strawberry://settings/account. Use this page for your account details, plan status, current usage, invitations, and sign-out.

Update your email

  1. Open strawberry://settings/account.
  2. Open the menu beside your account details and choose Edit email.
  3. Enter the new email address.
  4. Request a verification code.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code.
  6. Confirm the update.
After a successful email update, Strawberry signs you out on every device. Sign in again with the updated email. If you use Google sign-in, you continue using the same linked Google account.

Sign out

  1. Open strawberry://settings/account.
  2. Open the menu beside your account details.
  3. Choose Sign out.

Delete your account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us at [email protected].

Reset this computer

Local reset removes Strawberry data from this computer without deleting your account. It can remove browsing data and files that have not synced. If Reset Strawberry data on this computer is available in Danger zone at strawberry://settings/account, review its confirmation before continuing. If it is not available, contact support for help with a clean local setup.

Redeem an invite code

  1. Open strawberry://settings/account.
  2. Find the invite or referral section.
  3. Enter the code.
  4. Confirm redemption.
Invite and referral bonuses may grant credits depending on the current program. Open strawberry://settings/account and use the invite section to copy your invite link when available.
