Personal billing is managed at strawberry://settings/pricing. The account overview at strawberry://settings/account shows current plan name and credit usage.

View current plan and usage

  1. Open strawberry://settings/account.
  2. Check plan name, renewal date, and credit usage in Current plan.
  3. Open strawberry://settings/pricing for full plan details and receipts.

Upgrade, downgrade, or switch interval

  1. Open strawberry://settings/pricing.
  2. Toggle Monthly or Yearly.
  3. Click the target plan button.
  4. Confirm when prompted.
Notes:
  • Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing.
  • Some downgrades are scheduled for period end and shown as Downgrade scheduled.
  • If cancellation is scheduled, use Don’t cancel to reactivate before period end.

Cancel subscription

  1. Open strawberry://settings/pricing.
  2. Scroll to Receipts & invoices.
  3. Click Open billing portal.
  4. In the Stripe billing portal, cancel the subscription.
Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. To undo a pending cancellation, open strawberry://settings/account and click Don’t cancel in the cancellation banner.

Open billing portal

  1. Open strawberry://settings/pricing.
  2. In Receipts & invoices, click Open billing portal.
  3. Use Stripe customer portal for subscription, payment method, and invoice management.

View receipts

Open strawberry://settings/pricing, then use Open billing portal in Receipts & invoices to view past invoices in Stripe.
