Change download location

  1. Open strawberry://settings/downloads.
  2. Open Download location.
  3. Click Change to choose a folder.
  4. Click Reset to return to the default Downloads folder.

Ask where to save each file

  1. Open strawberry://settings/downloads.
  2. Toggle Ask where to save each file before downloading.
When enabled, Strawberry shows a save dialog for each download from web tabs. Agent-controlled downloads keep the streamlined behavior and may bypass save-location prompts.

View download history

Click View downloads or open strawberry://downloads. Use the downloads page to review and manage downloaded files.

Tips

  • If you delegate download-heavy work to a companion, choose a folder that is easy to find later.
  • For generated reports or artifacts, use the file preview and share controls in chat when available.
  • If a file appears missing, check both the configured download folder and the chat or session files where the companion worked.
