Official Skills are curated, role-aware instructions for useful Strawberry workflows. Open them at strawberry://knowledge or from the new tab page at strawberry://newtab. Public tutorials live in Strawberry’s Use Cases hub:
  • Getting Started skills show how someone can grow from a useful first result into repeatable, connected, team-wide work.
  • Official Skills focus on one concrete outcome.
  • Blog contains editorial analysis, product news, and ideas.
The public article and its Official Skill follow the same recognizable recipe or journey. The article adds readable explanation, examples, and videos; the public GitHub link contains the complete technical skill. If no handwritten article exists, the same page shows the canonical skill instead of generating substitute copy. Every Getting Started skill has a handwritten public guide. These guides preserve the useful prose and practical examples from Strawberry’s earlier human-written best-practice material while linking to the focused Official Skills that contain the executable detail. They are reviewed together so the public explanation and the in-product journey do not drift apart.

How recommendations work

During onboarding, you can optionally describe your role in your own words, add lightweight workplace context on a separate page, and select every area of work that fits. Strawberry uses those choices to prioritize useful official skills. The same workflow can use role-appropriate wording, for example sourcing customers for a founder or sourcing leads for a sales role. Agency, consulting, and independent work are organization types rather than job roles, so they can tailor recommendations without replacing the work you actually do. Recommendations can include:
  • Official Skills for one concrete, valuable result.
  • Getting Started skills that describe a readable journey through an area such as sales, recruiting, research, or venture capital.
Getting Started as a Founder in Strawberry helps someone choose among early customer acquisition, fundraising, hiring, research, and operational work without trying to set everything up at once.

Examples

Official Skills include workflows such as:
  • Find new customers, leads, or candidates.
  • Research companies and create beautiful slide decks.
  • Prepare for calls and interviews.
  • Turn meetings into notes and follow-ups.
  • Organize an inbox and keep it at zero.
  • Investigate app errors.
  • Build an investment memo or map a startup ecosystem.
  • Take repetitive admin, support, or bookkeeping work off your plate.

How to use an Official Skill

  1. Open strawberry://knowledge or strawberry://newtab.
  2. Choose a relevant role filter if useful.
  3. Click an Official Skill.
  4. Review the pre-filled prompt.
  5. Add context, constraints, or examples.
  6. Send it to the selected companion.
The companion uses the prompt’s official skill as guidance, asks for the context that matters, and helps turn a successful workflow into a reusable skill for you.

Tips

  • Treat official skills as starting points, not fixed scripts.
  • Add the exact source, account, file, or system you want Strawberry to use.
  • Tell the companion what output you want.
  • Ask it to confirm before sending messages, mutating systems, or spending credits beyond a sample.
