Clear browsing data

Use the correct cleanup action for the outcome you want:
  • Clear Cache removes cached content and service workers used by websites for features such as offline access. It keeps cookies and local site databases, so it usually keeps you signed in, but a site may need to reload or rebuild offline content.
  • Clear Cookies and Site Data removes cookies, local storage, IndexedDB, service workers, and site caches. This can sign you out of websites and remove site preferences.
  • From site settings, Clear site data removes that site’s cookies, local storage, IndexedDB, WebSQL, service workers, and cache storage.
  • From site settings, Clear cache also removes that site’s service workers. The site may need to reload or rebuild offline content.
For chat images, large chats, and app storage, use strawberry://settings/storage.

Report issue logs

Use Report Issue from the application menu to send an issue report. App logs and diagnostics are attached automatically. The report can include details about the app, open pages, and files involved in a problem. When available, Include chat and Include a screenshot of this tab are selected by default. Review these choices and any attachments before submitting. See Support logs and issue reports.

Website pop-ups and device permissions

Privacy settings and site settings control site-level behavior such as pop-ups, new tabs, camera, microphone, and other device permissions.

AI permissions

AI action permissions live at strawberry://settings/ai-permissions and per integration at strawberry://settings/integrations. Use AI permissions to control whether companions must ask before actions, can always perform specific actions, or cannot use an action at all.

Account deletion

Contact [email protected] to request account deletion. If your app offers Delete account, it is in Danger zone at strawberry://settings/account.
Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. Clearing browser data or resetting this computer is not the same as deleting your Strawberry account.
Strawberry has link safety controls for chat markdown links and chat navigation. Treat links from generated content like any other untrusted link, especially when they lead to sign-in, payment, or download pages.

Chat history data

Chat history is stored with your Strawberry account so chats can be restored across signed-in clients. Chat titles and lightweight metadata are stored separately from encrypted session data. Messages, drafts, and detailed chat data are encrypted before they are saved on Strawberry servers. Chat history search can find titles and conversation text indexed on this device. Older chats may take time to appear in search results.
