Clear browsing data
Use the correct cleanup action for the outcome you want:
- Clear Cache clears temporary browser cache data. Cookies, local storage, IndexedDB, and saved site data are kept.
- Clear Cookies and Site Data removes cookies, local storage, IndexedDB, service workers, and site caches. This can sign you out of websites and remove site preferences.
- From site settings, Clear site data removes that site’s cookies, local storage, IndexedDB, WebSQL, service workers, and cache storage.
- From site settings, Clear cache clears that site’s cache storage and Strawberry website metadata cache only.
For chat images, large chats, and app storage, use strawberry://settings/storage.
Report issue logs
Use Strawberry -> Report Issue from the application menu to send application logs to the Strawberry team. The message field is optional.
Submitting shares your local app.log with Strawberry support so they can diagnose issues.
Website pop-ups and device permissions
Privacy settings and site settings control site-level behavior such as pop-ups, new tabs, camera, microphone, and other device permissions.
AI permissions
AI action permissions live at strawberry://settings/ai-permissions and per integration at strawberry://settings/integrations.
Use AI permissions to control whether companions must ask before actions, can always perform specific actions, or cannot use an action at all.
Account deletion
Account deletion starts from strawberry://settings/account under Account Actions.
Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. Clearing browser data or resetting this computer
is not the same as deleting your Strawberry account.
Chat links
Strawberry has link safety controls for chat markdown links and chat navigation. Treat links from generated content like any other untrusted link, especially when they lead to sign-in, payment, or download pages.
